1. Who we are

Meridian Aerial Operations ("Meridian", "we", "us") provides drone-based aerial documentation services and online training courses. By using this website, requesting a quote, or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.

2. Course purchases and access

Courses are digital products delivered online to the email address provided at checkout. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share your access.

Courses sold as "early access" are released in chapters. Buying at the early-access price entitles you to all remaining chapters of that course as they are published, at no additional cost. We do not guarantee specific release dates for unpublished chapters.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

4. No guarantee of exam results

Our training is educational material. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or administered by the Federal Aviation Administration. We do not guarantee that you will pass the FAA Part 107 knowledge test or obtain any certificate. You remain responsible for complying with all applicable FAA regulations when operating an aircraft.

5. Aerial services

Drone services are quoted per job and subject to a separate service agreement. Flights are conducted under FAA Part 107 and may be delayed or cancelled for weather, airspace restrictions, or safety reasons at the pilot's sole discretion. Deliverables are documentation aids and do not constitute a structural, engineering, or insurance inspection or opinion.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, imagery, video, and site content are owned by Meridian Aerial Operations and protected by copyright. Nothing on this site transfers ownership to you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian's total liability arising from your use of this site, our courses, or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
