Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Quote requests: the name, email, phone number, and project details you submit through the contact form.
• Course purchases: the email address you enter at checkout, plus the transaction confirmation PayPal returns to us.
• Cart data: stored in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device until you check out.

What we don't collect

We never receive or store your full payment card number, CVV, or PayPal password. Payment details are handled entirely by PayPal.

How we use it

To respond to quote requests, deliver purchased course content and future chapters, send receipts and service updates, and keep records required for tax and accounting. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the business (payment processing and email delivery).

Email

Transactional emails (receipts, course access, replies to your request) are sent because you asked us for something. Any marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect delivery of course content you paid for.

Aerial imagery

Photos and video captured on a client job are the client's deliverable. We may retain copies for our records and, unless you tell us otherwise in writing, may use non-identifying imagery in our portfolio.

Your choices

Email services@meridianairops.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we'll act on it within a reasonable time, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
